Thursday Yoga July/August 2022

FitC Yoga classes continue on Zoom. Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices which has developed into a posture-based physical fitness, stress-relief and relaxation technique. 

Special Bonus! All July/August Yoga participants will receive a one class bonus as a price reduction.

Classes are available:

Thursdays, July 7 through August 25 from 9:00 to 10:00 AM, taught by Meredith, 8 classes, cost $71.

The Zoom information to join the class will be sent 24 hours before the first session to people who have registered.  Watch for the email and follow the instructions in it.

Refunds are available until 3 days before the start of the series, less a $1.50 FitC refund fee.
