Move your energy, expand your breath capacity, increase your flexibility, and improve your balance. We will practice simple movements that repeat and you won’t have to memorize a sequence. Material will be drawn from The Eighteen Therapies, Shibashi, Standing meditation, and Basic T’ai Chi deepening exercises. All levels of experience are welcome.
This will be an online class on Zoom. For those who may have practiced with Jano earlier, please note that she has greatly improved her technology so the Zoom should be much smoother now.
