Are you interested in a stress reduction/wellness class that focuses on making the most of each moment in our lives? If so, you may want to attend a course on mindfulness meditation taught by Georgia Larounis, a mindfulness teacher trained at the Jefferson University Center for Mindfulness. Georgia has taught for school districts and various organizations across the country, offering mindfulness as a way of managing the many stressors that we experience daily. The course includes instruction and guided practice in a number of meditations, exposure to topics that are central to mindfulness, and strategies that we can all use during stressful moments of our lives to help make these difficult moments easier to manage. Reap the many physical and psychological benefits of mindfulness as you begin a practice of your own and see how it positively affects your life!
