Wondering how people can enjoy live theatre even with impaired vision and/or hearing? Discover and explore accessibility options offered at the Arden Theatre, such as assistive listening and new technology known as caption glasses.  We'll also get a sneak peek at the Arden Theatre Company’s 2026-27 season, and learn how plays get selected and a season "put together". Join the Arden’s  Associate Artistic Director, Jonathan Silver and Audience Services manager Tanner Richardett for a presentation that will enhance your theatre-going experience!


Optional: After the program, complete your afternoon with new or familiar FitC friends by heading over just a few blocks to Franklin Fountain 116 Market St, Philadelphia, PA 19106 Check out the awesome flavors at Philadelphia Ice Cream Parlor & Soda Fountain | The Franklin Fountain  (Ice Cream on your own!)

AccessibilityArden is accessible to patrons with mobility issues, hearing/vision issues, sensory needs, or a need for medical assistance or service dogs.

Transportation/Parking:

  • The 17 and 48 buses and the Market-Frankford line stop at 2nd and Market, or take the 57 northbound to Market Street.
