Mindfulness meditation offers many physical and psychological benefits, including stress reduction.
This 3 week series will give you an overall background on this topic and will allow you to participate in a number of guided group meditations.
Strategies will be offered that can be used during difficult moments of your life to make these moments easier to manage. Come experience the beauty of stepping out of the “doing mode” and into the “being mode”!.
This series will be taught by Georgia Larounis, a seasoned mindfulness meditation teacher with 12 years of dedicated practice. She holds a prestigious mindfulness certification and training from the Myrna Bind Institute for Mindfulness at Jefferson University.
Each class will run about 70 minutes long.
