When: First Monday of each month, next meeting June 2, 2025

Time: noon-1:30pm

Where: Kimmel Center lobby (not the cafe). Our backup place is the cafe at the Wilma across the street

The group is looking for 4-5 more film buffs to join us. I started this group many years ago with the following groundrules:

* I will choose two or three films to watch each month, largely foreign or independent films that you will likely not have seen before. Some will be at one of the art houses, others on Prime Video or Netflix.

* You will watch the films on your own, in preparation for our monthly meeting in the Kimmel Center lobby (not the cafe). Our backup place is the cafe at the Wilma across the street.

*We will all do some research on an aspect of the film (where the story comes from, history, cinematography, interesting bio snippets on the director, screenwriter, or actors). Bring to share with the group.

Registration limit: 5

Accessibility: Entrances to Kimmel Center and Wilma are accessible.
