Join your FitC friends on a trip to Princeton Museum of Art with Excursions from the Square.  Travel by deluxe motorcoach (yes, there’s a lavatory on board!) and SPEND THE AFTERNOON at the newly reopened Princeton University Art Museum https://artmuseum.princeton.edu/, ideally situated in the heart of the University’s campus. The museum’s distinguished collection spans centuries—from ancient to contemporary art—including Asian, European, African, American, and modern works, thoughtfully displayed in light-filled galleries, terraces, and public spaces designed to inspire exploration and reflection. MARVEL at the museum’s striking architecture by Sir David Adjaye, architect of the National Museum of African American History and Culture in Washington, and the newly reopened Studio Museum in Harlem.

Departure from the Ethical Society/Dorchester at 1906 Rittenhouse Square will be at 11 AM, and we will leave the museum at 4:00PM.  You will have time to enjoy lunch on your own in the neighborhood of the museum or at MOSAIC, the museum’s inviting restaurant, named in honor of its exceptional collection of ancient Roman mosaics.

Event Limit: 10 FitC Members.

Event Cost:  $76 ($75 + $1.00 FitC processing fee).  You must reserve your space by Monday, June 15th, 2026.  To cancel, contact Linda Pizzi (lindapizzi55@gmail.com) refunds (less $2 FitC service charge); no refunds after June 15.

AccessibilityThere are four accessible entrances, one on each side of the building. The Museum consists of three levels, all accessible by elevator. A variety of seating options are available on the ground level, and there are benches in select gallery locations on the second level. Portable gallery stools are available for visitors to use throughout the galleries.
