The brewery features a wide variety of beers, from their famous Man Full of Trouble Porter and Prince Myshkin Russian Imperial Stout, Berliner Weisse, Belgian strong ale, IPAs and double IPAs, light summer lagers, and their newer (dark) Schwarzbier….among many others.
(From their website) “Our brewers are constantly coming up with new recipes, experimenting with ingredients, or reviving old classics from our nearly forty-year portfolio of brews. We have a solid roster of year-round staples which we complement with more creative, eclectic brews, featuring anything from wild yeasts and bacteria, fresh fruits and veggies, chocolate, coffee, spices, teas, various wine and spirit barrels, and Himalayan Pink Salt……Enjoy our menu of hand-tossed, wood-fired pizzas, brasserie-inspired sandwiches, salads and noms that stand on their own and also pair beautifully with great beer and cocktails..… (for example) Whipped Ricotta, Mac + Cheese, and an incredible Smash Burger. …..All brewing and canning are done on site.”
