Tuesday Yoga March/April 2024

FitC Yoga classes continue on Zoom. Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices which has developed into a posture-based physical fitness, stress-relief and relaxation technique. 

All March/April Yoga participants will receive a one class bonus as a price reduction.

Classes are available:

Tuesdays, March 5 through April 30 from 9:00 to 10:00 AM, taught by Meredith on Zoom, 9 classes, cost $81 (includes one bonus day)

The Zoom information to join the class will be sent 24 hours before the first session to people who have registered.  Please watch for that email and follow the instructions in it.

Refunds are available before the start of the series, less the FitC refund fee of $1.50.
