Monday/Tuesday/Thursday Yoga May/June 2024

FitC Yoga classes continue on Zoom. Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices which has developed into a posture-based physical fitness, stress-relief and relaxation technique. All classes will be taught by Meredith Magoon.

Classes will be held Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 9:00 to 10:00 AM, from May 2 through June 27 on Zoom.  There is no class on Monday, May 27, Memorial Day.

Purchasing each day's classes individually would usually cost $243.  However, if you purchase all 3 days together here, the cost is only $201, giving you 4 bonus classes at no cost!

The Zoom information to join the class will be sent to people who have registered before the first session.  Watch for the email and follow the instructions in it.

Refunds are available until the start of the series, less a $1.50 FitC refund fee.

This group is open to FitC members only.
