Thursday Yoga March/April 2024

FitC Yoga classes continue on Zoom. Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices which has developed into a posture-based physical fitness, stress-relief and relaxation technique. 

All March/April Yoga participants will receive a one class bonus as a price reduction.

Classes will be held:

Thursdays, March 7 through April 25 from 9:00 to 10:00 AM, taught by Meredith on Zoom, 8 classes, cost $71 (including one bonus class).

The Zoom information to join the class will be sent 24 hours before the first session to people who have registered.  Watch for the email and follow the instructions in it.

Refunds are available before the start of the series, less a $1.50 FitC refund fee.

This group is open to FitC members only.
